What is the difference between Hiding and Reporting someone?

Hiding someone means that both you and the person you've hidden won't be able to see each other on Ever. This feature is handy if you come across someone you'd prefer not to interact with on the platform.

But if you encounter any situation that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable on Ever, please report the user involved. Your report is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone. Once you've reported someone, they will no longer be able to view your profile, and you won't see theirs.

When reporting a user, it's essential to provide a reason for your report and submit it. You can choose to share as much or as little information as you're comfortable with, but the more details you provide, the better we can assist you and take appropriate action.

After receiving your report, our moderation team will promptly review it. Due to privacy regulations, we may not always disclose the outcome of the investigation. However, please rest assured that we take all reports seriously and handle each case with care.
