I made a new account and can't find my subscription. What do I do?

Subscriptions are tied to specific profiles and don't automatically transfer over if you delete your account and create a new one. Get in touch and we can sort it out for you. And don’t forget to cancel your subscription to prevent it from renewing on your old account.
